I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often. I write a bit of everything, check my books for more information and my about page for links. My blog is bilingual, English and Spanish.

  1. Congrats, Olga! Its exciting to see this progress. Wishing you huge sales. Mega hugs

    1. Thanks, Teagan. I don’t have it all finalised (there’s a more business-like, although still related to books, project going on in the background that’s taking time to take shape and it’s delaying things a bit) but I hope people will be interested…:)

  2. This is very exciting…..and I look forward to hearing about the book’s successes, because I am sure there will be many. Janet:)

    1. Thanks so much, Janet. 🙂

  3. Glad that everyone was able to help you to come to a final decision. Good luck with the book.
    Best wishes as always, Pete.

    1. Thanks, Pete! I hope you get the telly sorted out!

    1. Thanks, Sarah! I value your opinion in particular as I know you’re an expert on visual things and I love your work. I hope the story will too! Have a beautiful week!

  4. The cover looks fabulous, definitely eye-catching.

    1. Thanks, Michelle! I hope the story does it justice.

    1. Thanks, Colleen! I hope the story doesn’t let it down. 🙂

      1. No way! I know it will be amazing. I can’t wait to find out all that happens!

        1. Thanks, Colleen. I must admit I was quite surprised myself by how things developed!

          1. I love when it all falls into place. That makes it so much more fulfilling! <3

          2. Thanks, Colleen. And it’s great to include people. Perhaps that could be an interesting project…

          3. I’m thinking here…

    1. Thank you! I’ll keep you updated!

  5. I chose the brown but I am blue-a-holic, so this one is great, too. It’s so much fun to get to weigh in on author’s covers!

    1. Thanks Noelle. I have the cunning plan to perhaps do a bit of an experiment and try how the other covers do after a while, but only on the e-version. I also loved weighing into yours. I love people who are very scientific about their choices but usually I go by first impressions. By the way, I must post about your novel ‘Death By Pumpkin’ when is officially published. 🙂

  6. Great cover, and I am getting ready for reading the book 🙂

    1. My editor is on a well-deserved holiday but if you want to be one of the first ones to read it, I’m wondering if I might wait until after the summer to avoid the holiday slump, but I could send you an early copy before if it’s ready…:)

      1. Wow! I would be honored! Hugs! xx

        1. That would be great! Thanks so much! ♥

  7. Juana says:

Congratulations on your book! It sounds like a thrilling story, and the cover is great. Very nice pick. I haven’t been reading as much, because I’ve been writing more, but I wanted to say congratulations on finalizing this project.

    1. Thanks, Juana. I’m still waiting on final edits so not sure when it will be officially published but I’ll keep you posted. And good luck with your writing (it’s very difficult to find time for everything!)

      1. Juana says:

You’re welcome, I look forward to checking it out sometime. And thank you, yes, it is very difficult to find time for all the things I want – and need – to do!

  8. […] Thanks to Rosie and to Dylan J. Morgan, thanks to all of you for reading, and check the previous post too! And of course, like, share, comment and CLICK! Ah, and I got my book Escaping Psychiatry 2. The Case of the Swapped Bodies back from the editor and I’d be happy to send ARC copies if anybody is interested (I hope it will be published some time in September, but it depends on how long the edits of the Spanish version take). If you want to read a bit more about it, check here. […]

Don't be shy! Tell me something!
