I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often. I write a bit of everything, check my books for more information and my about page for links. My blog is bilingual, English and Spanish.

  1. Congrats, Olga!!! I remember you talking about this one. I didn’t know about your pen name… but I should’ve expected something about “Pink”.
    Huge hugs, my friend. 🙂

    1. Thanks, Teagan. To be honest I didn’t think too much about it and wasn’t even sure about a pen name (and I don’t intend to build anything much around it), but I’ll let her be the young me who was writing those stories. As my other story is taking a while to get ready I fancied giving this one a try. As I have realised, we don’t know what might strike a chord… Have a great weekend.

  2. Good morning, Olga…I do love ‘weird’:) Hopefully will read….meanwhile sounds like lots is going on. If you believe in astrological stuff….this is definitely time for new beginnings and innovation…..wishing you a wonderful weekend. Janet:)x

    1. Thanks, Janet. You’re very kind. I have a few unfinished stories but also two or three I wrote a long while ago that don’t necessarily fit into any of my usual writing… I think most of us are reinventing ourselves all the time. Have a fabulous weekend!

        1. Thanks, Janet. Have a beautiful weekend!

          1. Hi Olga…would you please remind me of the book I planned to order today August 1st? You had recommended to me, and I loved the look of it, but for the life of me can’t remember the title or author!!!! No rush…Janet. x

          2. Hi Janet. You mentioned ‘Wear and Tear’ (by Tracy Tynan) that was going to be available on the 1st of August but not sure if you had ordered it already or not. It’s a fabulous book for sure. I hope you enjoy it!

          3. Thank you, Olga. I had written it down somewhere, and then lost the piece of paper:)

          4. Always a pleasure. Let me know what you think!

  3. You’re amazing, Olga! Congrats! I’ll be taking a look on Amazon later. Sounds like my family . . . wink, wink. 😉

    1. I do like them a lot but things don’t go smoothly for them… (I’m sure your family didn’t get in so many troubles…:) It’s not high calibre but I thought it would probably lose something if I started making too many changes.

Don't be shy! Tell me something!
