I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often. I write a bit of everything, check my books for more information and my about page for links. My blog is bilingual, English and Spanish.

  1. You have every right to be excited about this, Olga. Awesome!
Have a terrific Tuesday. Mega hugs.

    1. Thanks, Teagan. Fingers crossed. Have an awesome week!

  2. I already have the first book, and I have just got the prequel for free too! As well as that, I have pre-ordered the new book on Kindle for the 29th. Now all I have to do is get around to reading all three…
Good luck with the new one, Olga. I hope that you have a great year for sales in 2017.
(How about a European setting for more psychiatric thrillers though? I generally try to avoid books that are always set in the US)
    Best wishes, Pete.

    1. Thanks, Pete. You’re a star. I hope you enjoy them. I started writing the series when I was studying American Literature and doing a year abroad in the US (although at the time I didn’t know it would become a series) therefore the setting. Mary might get into other adventures, and the next book in the series I was thinking about (if it comes to pass) was going to be set in an exotic location (although yes, other settings have come to mind), but there is a half-baked project I’ve been thinking about… I guess I’m in between places too… ♥

  3. Wow, so cool, Olga! Congratulations!!! I am so excited for you

      1. You are very welcome, Olga

  4. Congratulations, Olga. Hope it does well. I’ll be downloading it to add to my ever-growing tbr pile!

    1. Thanks so much, Mary. I hope you enjoy it when you get to it. If your pile is as high as mine it might be a while!

  7. So wonderful, Olga. Congratulations!

    1. Thanks, Inese, and thanks for all your encouragement. It’s been a long-time coming…

  8. Sounds fascinating and I would love to read it!

    1. Thanks very much, Cindy. If you can’t get hold of it, just let me know. I’ll happily send you an e-copy, Cindy. It’s going to be available in audio too, but that’s still a few months away. It’s the book I’ve written with the most complicated story so far, but it pretty much wrote itself. 😉

Don't be shy! Tell me something!
