I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often. I write a bit of everything, check my books for more information and my about page for links. My blog is bilingual, English and Spanish.

  2. That’s a very good offer. I have shared the link on Twitter, Google+, and Linkedin.
    Best wishes, Pete.

    1. Thanks, Pete. It is, and having exchanged e-mails with the author I know he is a great person to converse with too. Thanks for sharing and happy Friday!

  3. Another super review, Olga. I read another review for this book and it mentioned a few of the things you have but it omitted to mention the beautiful poetry and did not highlight the human factor in the same way you have. It sounds very appealing.

    1. Thanks, Robbie. It isn’t a book for everybody but it is one of those books that can make people think. I hope you give it a go. Have a lovely weekend.

  4. Dear Olga, I see that WordPress has not been emailing me either of your blogs. I had the same problem with others. All show that I’m set for email… I’ve no idea how far behind I am, but I hope to catch up.
Thanks for a lovely review. Huge hugs.

    1. Don’t worry. I’m getting yours. Pete is having the same problem. I might be missing some too. They did an update yesterday. Let’s hope it all goes back to normal. See if you fancy a copy of this book if you have a chance. Love.

Don't be shy! Tell me something!
