Hi all:
I hope you’re well. Don’t worry, it’s not another review (not until next week, anyway!) Some of you must remember the wonderful Marie Lavender, who’s visited my blog on a few occasions. She runs a fantastic blog called Writing in the Modern Age and, to celebrate her 400th post, has decided to organise a mega giveaway. Yes, I’m giving some e-copies of a couple of my books too, but don’t worry if you’ve read them all, there are plenty of opportunities and choices to go around.
The giveaway runs for only a week and starts on Friday the 15th (today) at noon EST. Marie’s recommendation is to enter as soon as possible to make sure you don’t run out of time. You’ll need to provide her with an e-mail address (where we can send you the books, and if you’re lucky enough to get a paperback copy, a real address), and you also need to tell us what genres you prefer. In case you cannot leave a comment on the blog, for technical reasons, you can also e-mail your entry at marieannlavender@gmail.com.
Here is the link:
Please, remember to enter and feel free to share with anybody who might be interested. The more the merrier!
Thanks to Marie for organising this awesome giveaway, thanks to all of you for reading, and remember to like, share, comment, and CLICK!
Thanks Olga! Giveaways are such fun. Have a wonder-filled weekend. Hugs
You too, Teagan! Looking forward to your serial!
You are so kind. I appreciate your visits. Wishing you a peaceful weekend too.
I’m trying. Ended a real stinker of a week with the new neighbor shouting in the middle of the night… I’m trying to get my head into Pip’s universe to write a vignette — that seemed like a comforting place for me to go. But the story is not coming easily. “Pip Sees a Camel”… what shall I do with that? 😉 Heaven knows where that will go. Hugs.
I hope things start looking up soon (you surely don’t need bad neighbours). Pip is always a cheerful character and very resourceful. Oh, camels could take us anywhere. A zoo, a circus? Flying carpets? My Egyptian friend always say they’ve often tried to trade her for camels (I guess the more camels, the more flattered you should feel).
At least here it is pretty quiet and the neighbours, even the closest ones, are not that close. I fell into a stream this afternoon, so my day has been, eventful and wet to say the least. (Yes, I was going for a walk with the three dogs and I got a bit overadventurous). One of my rubber boots has sprung a leak and it never stops raining for long but… We’ll be OK, hopefully.
Yikes! I hope you weren’t hurt!
I would say “Stay dry!” as they comment over here, but with three dogs, I realize that’s about impossible.
Yes, I would love to live far “away from it all” if money was no object. I’m trying to adjust my thinking, realizing that the future has little (to nothing) to do with what I worked to achieve.
Oh well…
I managed to finish the Pip vignette yesterday, yay! And now laundry beckons. Have a satisfying Saturday.
Yes, not easy. There were some sunny moments today, but as I write this, it’s raining again. In general, away from it all (if it is really away) is usually cheaper, but making a living in such a place can be complicated. Where I am staying now isn’t very big, but there is a nice sense of community and most people seem happy to help each other (that’s not the same where I live, although it’s not a bad place, but, living somewhere and becoming a part of the place aren’t the same thing).
Good news about the Pip vignette. I hope the laundry goes well. Here I’m forever trying to get things dry!
Have a good weekend, Teagan.
Thanks for sharing, hon! ♥
Thank you for organizing it, Marie! All the best to all!
My pleasure!

That’s so lovely how you support other bloggers, Olga! And also a generous way how Marie celebrates her 400th post!
Thanks, Erika. Marie is always generous with readers and other authors. Have a great weekend!
Another one of the countless gems here! Have a great weekend too, Olga!
Thank you, Erika!
Thank you, Erika! ♥
You are very welcome, dear Marie
Wonderful Olga and Marie. I’ll check it out, and share around too! Good luck with the promo and congrats to 400 posts Marie! 🙂
Thanks, Debby! I know we both have plenty of books to read, but who can resist a giveaway? Have a great Saturday!
Lol, that’s how a lot of our TBR grows by great finds and giveaways. 🙂 Happy weekend to you too. 🙂
