I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often. I write a bit of everything, check my books for more information and my about page for links. My blog is bilingual, English and Spanish.

  1. Thank you Olga.

    1. Thanks, Rosie. A great novella!

  2. I like to think this sounds like something I might write. When you get a chance to read my latest serial in its entirety, you will see what I mean.
Definitely one for me, and added to the ever-growing Amazon wish list. 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.

    1. Thanks, Pete. Yes, I thought of you and of Hugh Roberts when I was reading this story, as you’re both masters of the twists and you have a way of building up tension and creating credible characters. This one is a short one, and it can be read in one sitting.
I’m looking forward to your serial about the typewriter. I love typewriters (even if my fingers didn’t like them that much at the time!). All the best!

  3. This sounds rather intriguing, Olga. Maybe a bit like Needful Things by Stephen King.

    1. That’s one of the books by Stephen King I haven’t read, but it does sound like it. Thanks, Robbie!
