I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often. I write a bit of everything, check my books for more information and my about page for links. My blog is bilingual, English and Spanish.

Thanks Olga. This sounds gorgeous. I’m a colouring book collector of sorts so I’ll have a look. You always find the goodies 🙂 xx

    1. Thanks, Debby. I’m not sure how sending it to Canada will work, price-wise, from the UK, but do have a look at Pen & Sword’s website. It might work out well anyway. I had to check this one out when I saw it. My mother loves colouring books, and I have a few friends who also liked them, so I was sure some other people might find it interesting as well. And it is gorgeous. Have a fabulous week!

Thanks Olga. I bookmarked it. Not available til mid April. Yes, I can get it on Amazon 🙂 x

  2. This book sounds like an ideal and very unusual gift, relaxation through colouring.

    1. Thanks, David. It does work, for sure. And it is pretty to look at as well. I know you’re always after new presents, and for you I think it might work out quite well if you check the publisher’s website (they also have quite a few titles you and your brother might appreciate as well). I hope everything is good with you and your family. It’s good to see you around. Big hugs.

  3. This is an interesting idea for a book, Olga.

    1. Thanks, Robbie. Yes, it sure made me interested in learning more about Uzbekistan, as well as enjoying the book itself. I hope you have a great week. ♥

  4. Hi Olga.
My girl Miss Plumtartt enjoys colouring, and she is also quite scholarly, so this is a good combination for her. I forwarded this article to her and she has placed the book on her wishlist. 🙂

    1. Thanks, Ichabod. I hope she enjoys it. Some of the designs are pretty intricate, so I’m sure it will suit people with an eye for details. Have a great week. ♥

  5. I doubt I would have the patience for that, but I agree it would make a lovely gift. 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.

    1. Thanks, Pete. Have a great week!
