I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often. I write a bit of everything, check my books for more information and my about page for links. My blog is bilingual, English and Spanish.

  1. Nice review and interview, Olga. Good luck to Donna with her new book. I am sure her film adaptations have been gracing the afternoon TV schedules here for the last month or so. Not my thing, as I can only take so much ‘Christmas’, but I wish her well.
    Regards as always, Pete.

    1. Thanks, Pete. I’m not very Christmassy either, but couldn’t resist this one. I hope yours is a peaceful one.

  2. A review AND an interview — Olga you have really been hard at work, especially considering all the reviews you’ve posted lately. Well done again.
I’m with you about all the Christmas stuff. We’re so bombarded with it here, that I was sick of it by June. Yes, June. However, I’m completely curious to know what Ben is doing with the grocery bags. 😀
Merry Christmas to you and yours. Hugs.

    1. Thanks, Teagan. Yes, he’s lovely. He starts writing by hand and putting a special message for each person who comes to the store in each bag. And he always seems to guess the right thing to say.
I know what you mean about Xmas. Take care!

Another fantastic review, perfectly timed for the season. Merry Christmas Olga. xo

    1. This one I was reserving for the right date although I’d read it a couple of months ago, but it’s perfect. Thanks, Debby, I hope you’ve enjoyed a great Xmas and the rest of the festive season is also great.
