I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often. I write a bit of everything, check my books for more information and my about page for links. My blog is bilingual, English and Spanish.

Wonderful review Olga. I really have to get to Marie’s books. 🙂

    1. I agree with you, Debby. The problem will be choosing only one!

That’s always the problem, lol. 🙂

        1. 🙂

  2. Not really a genre that I would usually read, but it is immensely popular. I am sure that Marie will continue to do well, and wish her success with this new book.
    Best wishes, Pete.

    1. Thanks, Pete. I think you might be more interested in the book I’m reviewing on Friday. 🙂

  3. Not my type of genre either but then I’ll read anything that grabs my attention. This review and excerpt have done just that. Bravo and thanks, Olga. More titles for my list. o_O

    1. Thanks, Tess. I’ve accumulated a lot of reviews. I was wondering about trying to pair them up by different genres, see if everybody can find something they like. My Friday one is very different.

  4. Thanks for letting me visit, Olga! 🙂

    1. Always a pleasure, Marie. Best of luck!
