I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often. I write a bit of everything, check my books for more information and my about page for links. My blog is bilingual, English and Spanish.

  1. This sounds very witty, and cleverly constructed. The quotes you feature remind me of the snappy dialogue in a Woody Allen or Spike Lee film. I think the cover is awful, but that’s just me. Given the content of teh book, that doesn’t really matter.
    Best wishes, Pete.

    1. Thanks, Pete. Yes, the dialogue sparkles, for sure. I think they went for YA bright cover.
I hope you have a great day.

  2. (In an aside, I prefer the term “Geek” to nerd. The difference, as they say, is that *geeks get it done.* I’m a self admitted geek in many things. 😉 )
Hi Olga. Oh, this sounds like a lot of fun! Best to Lily. I need to re-view your review on the first one too… but time for Mordor now. Have a terrific Tuesday. Hugs.

    1. It is great fun indeed. I loved both. Have a lovely day!
