I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often.       1. I have just cooked a roast dinner for six, so I am sweltering from the hot ovens and washing up! 🙂

        1. I must confess to never having cooked a roast dinner for six (we’re a small family and when we got together with my father’s side of the family I was never the cook!) But I don’t mind washing up. I find it quite relaxing, especially if I am left alone while people are chatting and eating sweets on Christmas day!)
