I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often. I write a bit of everything, check my books for more information and my about page for links. My blog is bilingual, English and Spanish.

  1. ‘Tips books’ like these are a great reference tool for anybody starting out, or trying to promote their work.
    Best wishes, Pete.

    1. Thanks, Pete. I particularly liked the fact that they are very short and the author does not pull any punches. Have a great Tuesday!

  2. Hmmmm… I’m really liking the sound of the first one, Olga. Another book I’d like to make time to read. If only I could make more hours in the day. Still… sounds like a great and useful book. Thanks for your insights. Hugs.

    1. Thanks, Teagan. You don’t need hours. The first one I read while I had a meal (a salad, as far as I remember). It takes about 15 or 20 minutes if that. That’s one of the beauties of the series. Have a great Tuesday.

      1. Wow… that’s great. Happy hump day.

        1. To you too! ♥

  3. I have not read any books on marketing books at all, Olga. I do read some blog posts about it from specific people. Sounds like an interesting read.

    1. Thanks, Robbie. I mostly read blog posts as well, but I guess a book saves you going from here to there and some of the repetition. I have a few I haven’t read yet, but these ones are so short that they are worth checking out. And I enjoy the writer’s style. Have a great Friday!
