I was born in Barcelona and have lived in the UK for many years now. I'm a writer, translator (English-Spanish and vice-versa) and I'm a medical doctor and worked in Forensic Psychiatry many years. I also have a BA and a PhD in American Literature and Film, and a Masters in Criminology. I've always loved books and apart from writing them I review them often. I write a bit of everything, check my books for more information and my about page for links. My blog is bilingual, English and Spanish.

While this isn’t a book I’m interested in, I’ve gotta stop for a second to gush about the author. D.G. Driver does this amazing series called the Juniper Sawfeather series. Its a YA, CLEAN trilogy with fantasy elements that has a strong theme of “Protect the environment” in it. She writes about stuff that we can do without shoving it down our throats.

    She’s a wonderful writer.

    1. Thanks for the information, Lilyn. A well-worthy genre indeed. She writes well, no doubt about it. ♥

    2. I agree, Lilyn – Juniper Sawfeather is an exceptional YA trilogy. Love the environmental themes.

      1. I’ll have to try and catch up with such recommendations. Thanks, Teri!

  2. Thank you Olga.

    1. Thanks, Rosie. A great idea for a series. ♥

  3. Not my thing at all, but there is a huge market for this genre, and I wish D.G. well with her book.
    Best wishes, Pete.

    1. Thanks, Pete. I didn’t think this would be your thing, but there are some coming you might enjoy. Have a great Tuesday and love to Ollie.

  4. I see this book is making the rounds. I was glad to get your take on it, Olga. It does sound like a good read. Best wishes to the author. Wishing you a smooth week. Hugs.
